3. Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery times are subject to the policies and norms of the respective courier company or postal service.

4. Liability

• Koozy Up is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal service within the specified time frame or as agreed upon during order confirmation.

• Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of order placement.
